What we collect
Your account details come from your sign-in provider through Clerk (your name, email, and avatar). Everything you create in the app — tasks, lists, labels, and any documents you scan or upload — is tied to your account.
Where it lives
Tasks are stored in a managed Postgres database. Scanned and uploaded files are stored in a private object-storage bucket — never public. Files are only ever served back to you through short-lived signed links.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Clerk Billing and Stripe. We don't store your card details.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't share your tasks or documents with anyone but you.
